More than 100 guests attended the Dale Sorensen Real Estate Brevard (DSRE Brevard) first anniversary

celebration recently. The guests included local business leaders, customers and Chamber of Commerce

executives. DSRE Brevard opened their offices in Indialantic in early 2014. Since then, the company has

experienced immense success including hiring of more than 38 of Brevard’s Top real estate agents, listing and

selling some of Brevard’s most iconic estates, and expanding their 5000 square foot office in anticipation of

future growth. Dale Sorensen Real Estate (DSRE) has a total of 5 offices; however, the Brevard County

location is the only office outside of Indian River County for the 37 year old family owned business. DSRE has a

total sales team of more than 125 agents and recently posted over $522 million in sales in 2014. The Brevard

office is located in the former Danish Interiors Building at 436 5th Avenue, Indialantic, FL 3290.

INDIALANTIC, Fl., MAY 2015 – Dale Sorensen Real Estate Brevard (DSRE Brevard) hosted its one year

anniversary celebration with more than 100 guests in attendance. Local business leaders, customers and

Chamber of Commerce executives, as well as staff and agents enjoyed a ribbon cutting, hors de’ ouvres and

refreshments while touring the offices and seeing the company’s plans for expansion. The 5,000 square foot

office, located in the former Danish Interiors Building Indialantic, is undergoing an additional 3,000 square foot


Scott Reynolds, Director of Business Development for Dale Sorensen Real Estate, was really excited to have so

many guests join the company for its celebration. “We are so appreciative of our successes here in Brevard

County and we really wanted to express that gratitude in person to all those who have supported us,” Reynolds

said. “The combination of hard work of our agents and staff, the trust of our customers and the support of our

original Founders, Dale and Matilde Sorensen, have led to us experiencing such a great first year in business

here in Brevard County. We’re really excited to see what the next year is going to be like.”

DSRE Brevard has listed and sold some of the more legendary homes in Brevard County, including the famous

Pumpkin Center, the beachside home of the late Al Neuharth, founder of Florida Today and USA today; Dragon

Point, Merritt Island’s southernmost tip and a popular play area for children in the past; the Hermansen Estate

“Hacienda del Sol” on Merritt Island; and the Dean Estate, one of Brevard County’s premier estates, located on

the IntraCoastal Waterway and encompassing almost 20,000 square feet on 10 acres of property. In addition,

the office already has 38 full time professional real estate agents and a support staff of 4 who are dedicated to

the Brevard office only. The company has been able to recruit the best agents in Brevard County by providing
